To Qualify for Free SgskSystems Trainer Certification:

1. Download ^TheShootingstreak^® SgskSystems Trainer Certification Test (multiple choice Excel: .xlsx). 

2. Complete and Save the test form to your computer

3. In your Email reply, remember to include testee's Name, City, and State and submit the completed form by Email [attachment] to cs@shootingstreak.com.

Qualifying consumers (testee experts: scoring 80% or higher) will receive by reply email an official              Certificate of Authentication; authorized authentication of their Certified SgskSystems Trainer status.

Certified SgskSystems Trainers

are authorized, as independent contractors, to represent themselves as certified expert on-site instructional SgskSystems Trainers at a (e.g., $40) Fixed Fee for up to an initial 1 hr. consultation and a (e.g., $20) fee for up to each additional half hour^*. 

^*All product demonstration fees collected from client(s) are set by and accrue solely to the independent contractor Certified SgskSystems Trainer expert.

In exchange for 2 weeks free use of TheShootingstreak^® practice equipment, as a personal training follow up practice program: Certified SgskSystems Trainer's clients fill out a ShowTime Training Scorecard recording practice shot trials for (1) Average shooting % and (2) Operant self-confidence continuity measures.  Trainers collect client scorecards showing their shooting performance over the two weeks [1000 shot] practice schedule. Trainers validate client performance by recording with practice sessions in the 'Equipment Off' conditon: both Before and After a client's Training (Equipment On) Sessions Schedule: (see: .pdf scorecard template^†).

Authorized Data Collection: Client Name/Initials as ID, City, State, Scorecard, and Equipment Review.

Data, Scorecards, and Equipment Review comments collected are shared with Shootingstreak Enterprises for the purpose of product evaluation and commercialization.  Commercial use of data restricted to performance results, review comments, and personal review descriptors (i.e., User's name/initials, city, and state).
